The Terrace Bar And Grill

Little has changed since I last visited. When I lived nearby, this was one of my favourite bars. In those days the bar and swimming pool below were mutually convenient, but over 10 years ago the powers that be in the community decided to put a wall up. This did no favours to the bar or users of the pool. It seems that remains the case, with few swimmers and few using the bar. What a shame on the community rulers and pity on the users of both.

Very lovely meal Peroni for €4 little bit out of the way. If the bridge is crossing to your right, carry on walking come to the end of the strip of shops turn left and you’ll see the signage. If the bridge is on your left, turn right at the parade of shops and keep going. If you get to the bridge and it’s on you t left crossing the road, you’ve gone too far turn around and go back. Worth finding, keep looking.

I have been here a few times and it’s lively with mostly Brits having a great time and the food is tasty, I just had a jacket potato with chilli and it was delicious, Next time I’m eating here I will have the Calf’s liver and onions. They have a singer on tonight and the place is full and buzzing really loving the atmosphere, not the easiest place to find but when you do it’s worth it :) They are open Christmas Day but at the moment looks like they are fully booked, I think they are trying to increase the number of tables for Christmas, I hope so :)
