Domino's Pizza

Great location and food, hands down. I prefer ordering from this location as my food is always prepared better and stays warm the entire drive home. The bread twists are great and a family favorite. Also, my orders are typically ready on time if not faster than most other places, especially in these times.

Typically I have been satisfied with this location and the service. My past two visits have been below average. The delivery order was missing a pizza and was told that if I wanted it I could come pick it up. I let them know this was not possible and they delivered the pizza an hour later, which was the same pizza that has sat for over an hour. This was not my error and was made to feel like I had done something wrong in this situation. Staff was unfriendly and unwilling to listen to concerns but quick to place blame.

For those who don't understand, this is John, an employee from the Erie Domino's store. I am specifically writing this review to explain why we have let a lot of people down over the past couple of months. Ever since the pandemic started, we have lost many people from our staff, leaving a larger work load for the remaining insiders inside the store. Some people are irritated from the long delivery times, this is because our remaining drivers have been taking more deliveries at once, resulting in them taking more stops, and pizzas waiting inside the store to be delivered. However, most of this has changed by now. For the last 4 months, our store has been training. We have a lot more drivers than we used to, and more employees with great experience when it comes to food technique, cleanliness, machine operation, and attitude. On top of that our store is under great management. We hope to see a couple of you guys back!

We put an order in for delivery on Sunday but later realized they had simply canceled our order. We called to ask what the hell was going on but they wouldn't answer. When I called from a different number they answered and were forced to explain they were too busy to make pizza/deliver pizza. By then it was too late for any other dinner delivery options but they promised they would deliver our order for free on our next pizza night. I felt this was a good exchange for going hungry but now we can't get them to answer the phone. This is absurd.

Awful service. I ordered at 5:30pm. Order came by 6:30pm missing cheese on the pizzas. Someone was cutting corners so the lady told me she would send out the order again. 2 hours went by and nothing. Called in at 8:30pm and she said the order was headed out the door. It’s now 9pm and I called back and a guy answered and said the pizzas were never re-made. And he could make them and send them out. Not even dealing with this anymore and asked for a refund. I have hungry kids at a sleepover party that can’t wait till who knows when to finally eat. Never ordering from this location again.

I went your location off of 287 in Erie to order pizza/wings thus afternoon. Your general manager Theo was just awesome. I couldn't find my card to pay for it. So he called the gas station for me to see if I dropped it there by the pump. I was extremely frustrated cuz I never loose anything! He was such a delight, so kind. (My card I found in my car)car.)outstanding customer service.

I ordered wings and bread twists, and normally this location is great about putting plenty of sauce on things and cooking them correctly. However, this time the wings were almost bone dry of sauce, the parmesan bread twists were totally plain with nothing on them and dry as well, and the cheese dip was burnt and missing the lid. I'm not sure I'll order from this location again. Please don't skimp on sauces and prep for the food.

Order a large pepperoni and a small pizza Wednesday night waited 1 1/2 hours and called them and the first time I was told that the driver was out delivering . waited another 1/2 hour and called and was told the address was wrong, ( we have order from them many times no issues.) at 8:15 was told that they could remake the pizzas and deliver them in 40 minutes. by now it's almost 9pm. Very bad service. and very expensive $35 for a large and small pizza.
