Loved the fact you can book an appointment online, makes it so easy. Walked in and was greeted by the owner, she remembered my name from the booking. I sat down with one of the junior nail techs, got started, no real waiting. Tech was friendly and it went fairly smoothly. On one finger the polish ran and got stuck to the skin. Not a huge deal, took a moment to fix it. The owner came over to check on the progress and thought there needed to be another coat of polish put on, so she took over and completed that. Her focus was on providing a good quality product & service. One thing that I thought was great is the staff could easily pick up where the other team member left off in case there needed to be a switch. This ensured customers weren't waiting around. I also liked the price, $30 for gel if you didn't have to remove prior polish. Will I go back, yes, I'd like to see how the pedicures are. Overall a positive experience with friendly staff.

super great service! the place was busy but the employees were very nice and sweet and apologized for the wait and gave a discount in return. super clean and the nails turned out great! i’ve been here a few times to get my nails done and i plan to come back! nail art is super cute and the conversations add to the experience!

The atmosphere is super comfortable! They make you feel right at home and answer all your questions. She really cares about her work and takes her time. I love my nails!! They’re so much nicer than i anticipated. I will definitely go back!!! I’ll be back before my nails need done for a pedicure. Those look amazing!
