Mahesh Lunch home is one of my favourite places for dinner when I visit Mumbai. This outlet is located on Juhu Tara Road near JW Marriott. The place is usually busy during dinner hours, I was lucky to get a table for two. The service is good and they recommend dishes which are really nice. We ended up ordering slightly more than we could eat, but all the dishes were great: for starters we had Prawns Crispy Fried with garlic they were big, juicy and really yummy. We also ordered Boneless Crab Butter pepper garlic which is one of the best dishes they have, I have eaten it before as well and it is very consistent and tasty. For the main course we choose Rawas Vijayawada Curry with rice, the curry was spicy and flavourful. Just like we wanted to eat. We also ordered beer which came chilled with peanuts, over all the meal was very nice and a definite visit for people who love seafood. Overall my experience at this outlet was really good as it always is. The cost for the meal including 2 beer was 4800 INR which is on a bit higher side being Mumbai, but the taste and experience was worth it.

Food was slightly overpriced for what was served, really appreciate the freshness however. Will not recommend cocktail here. Went for an early dinner, reached at 7 pm when they open for dinner, ambience is good and it's fine dining experience. We ordered fried tiger prawns, fresh lime, kadahi mushroom and mutton ghee roast, mutton ghee roast was best in lot which we had with neer dosa and appam. Though prices are bit on higher side which is fine considering quality and ambience but they also charge mandatory service charge of 10% on all your orders. Parking can be an issue for this place.

Awesome experience. The food here was just perfect. If you get the urge to taste best seafood, than this is your go to place. My recommendation: Chettinad Mutton and Bombil fry. This place also offers a variety of options for vegetarians. The ambience, food and service all put together makes an unforgettable experience for you.
