Wendy's

They haven't gotten my order right in three years. The food is fine, but somehow the idea of taking off one ingredient eludes them, and they'll either ignore my request completely, or add ingredients that don't typically go on the sandwich. The few times they *have* gotten my sandwich right, they either ignore or never ask what size I want my fries/frosty to be and give me the smallest possible option.

A group of friends and I (4 of us in total) went to get iced coffees, and ordered 3 chocolate and a vanilla. It was a relatively simple order, and as a person who has worked in food service for many many years, I know their coffee is mainly shake mix and iced coffee/ cream and a concentrate. It took them a while to make (which is understandable, but what we got was 3 drinks that tasted like musty water and one drink that tasted like straight up melted ice cream/ shake mix. We returned to get a refund or to get our orders remade, and the man that "helped us" was extremely rude and curt. I understand the situation is stressful, but basic competency and kindness would've been nice. Not a very good look for the location or company. They remade the order and they tasted much better.

When I had went to Wendy's before coronavirus hit the food was very good. Now I went a Month ago and The food tasted like it was 3 weeks old and the burgers are so small. They don't even give you bacon on your berger anymore. Wendy's now has the 5 for 5 meal instead of the 4 for 4 meal. Don't waste your time and money on this fast food restaurant ill stick with chipoltle.

Can't get an order right to save their lives. I got a 10 piece nug asked for BBQ and ranch received 4 BBQ instead. Asked for extra cheese and no tomatoe on my Dave's single and neither happened. Not exactly a hard order. There was also only one other person in the drive through so It wasn't even busy

Was picking up a DoorDash order in the drive thru. Sat at the window for a few minutes patiently waiting while the employees didn't even acknowledge me. One said, "I wonder how long this car is going to sit here for." Then they all started laughing at me. It was really mean. Turns out they were closed due to a snowstorm, which I completely understand. Zero decency. Could have simply told me they were closed. No reason to treat another human like this. :(
