Great coffee and good customer service. If you are in a hurry, use the drive thru though. They wait on about one customer in the store to 6 or 7 cars I. The drive thru. An employee from another store said the drive thru is timed and the store is graded on that time, so the seating area gets less attention.

I'm not the one to give bad reviews but honestly look ... Come on now this is unacceptable I'm sure the employees themselves won't eat this if this happen to them. I didn't want to go back an tell them because my temper would of went from 0-100 real quick . 😡😡🤬🤬🤬😤😤

It’s hot or miss on the speed of service but the service is pretty darn good. Quality of the products are always consistent and delicious

So many inconsistencies and running out of menu items early in the day. The location is convenient and the people are nice though. I’d like to see some improvement but it looks like society is only going downhill now days

There were fruit fly's on the donuts. Told 2 employees about it. They said yea we know. We have a problem with them. They just kept on reaching in and filling orders like nothing was wrong.

Is inconsistent with breakfast and coffee!! Ordered blue berry bagels , they were hard as rocks! Not the first time either. Figured I’d give them another shot , won’t go here EVER again!!!

So I go here every morning mind you!! For years!!! I’ve never had any problems until today!! I will be trying to contact owner Jen about this as well!!! I was at cashier ordering my order and the girl taking to order was new I guess and asked the “manager” with red hair tall skinny (forgot her name) to help her ring in a steak and cheese wrap. She is showing her and said egg I spoke up and said no I don’t want egg and she shhhhd me!!! And told me “im teaching her” yes!!!!! Shhhhhd me a customer!!!! Most disrespectful thing you can do in customer service and your a manager! So I let it go waiting for my food and sure enough here comes the wrap WRONG which I was trying to tell her before I got shhhhhhhd!!!!!!!
