Decent experience. It was for a catered dinner for an entire family, so i totally understand there's A LOT of orders to remember, but my wife's and her father's meals were entirely missed TWICE by staff. They only then brought out their food after being told twice that their meals were not received.
As for the food, it was mostly okay. The fries were incredible, so if you eat here get the fries. I cannot speak from experience about the ham burgers, though my wife tells me they are decent. The meatball sub, however, by God I've never seen one so large in my life. It tasted fine, but the portion size is bananas on that dish.
Their rigatoni as well, served as a side, was another highlight of the experience.
Overall, decent experience, but keep on the staff if something doesn't arrive. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Big service and all, but to be sure, keep on them!

Great food and service! Awesome zucchini! We've had both amazing lunches and dinners here. The strip steak is really good and so is the seafood platter. We also had a small event in the side room that everyone enjoyed... about 30 people and Marissa was wonderful and did a great job with our crowd. Will be back again soon!

We brought our daughter who is blind for lunch. The staff was excellent and made her feel at home. No wonder Ricardos has been around over 50 years. Great food, great service!

Ravioli was excellent! Penne and sauce and zucchini fries were a perfect compliment. Meatballs are as good or better than the ones I remember 40 years ago! True Erie gem!

Ordered a turkey sandwich and was not expecting cheap white bread, government cheese, and turkey lunch meat. Did not care for the salad, it was the cheapest bag salad ever, and the dressing was terrible as well. The only thing I did like was the zucchini fries.
