El Paso was a pit stop for us, came to Panda Express to eat. My family and I observed the crew as we ate amd the ambience they create is amazing. The employees seem to have good working relations. Someome entera the store amd are immediately greeted, sensational people, and the food is great.

The manager is awesome, very attentive and in top of things. Always checking food quality and very happy to help any customer. Now some of the staff on the other hand. Not super courteous; I requested sweet and sour sauce. They would not make any. They said they only had packets, even though the day before, the manager said I could request the sweet and sour. I said fine give me the packets and they gave me a handful of spicy mustard. When I brought it up, they said they were out of sweet and sour packets. Well, that was until I said I wanted my money back, and then they produced the packets.

Food is awesome! Service is very very slow though if your going through drive through, also when I use to do Uber it takes years to get the food, I recommend to never take Uber orders for here

Food is always fresh and service was excellent. One drawback is they're always short on the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. The reason provided is they're not receiving adequate supplies to meet demand. Otherwise, they're maintaining their menu items and providing great food.
