Place was packed right before the Christmas weekend! The hostess was attentive and got us a booth quickly with a great smile to boot! Server came by and took our order and we got what we wanted with no problems! Great steaks cooked to our liking! Definitely go there again!

What can you expect from an overhyped chain restaurant? The food is good, and the service is good too. They are overworked and very busy, which takes the attention away from the customers. Honestly if you want a steak I’d go elsewhere but all in all, it was good. Not worth the 1hr wait for dinner.

Love this place, but it seems to get noisier every time I go. It's hard to carry a decent conversation without having to raise our voice. Hence, the score by no fault really of the establishment only that when I order medium rare a little pink means a little pink not some pink. I ate what was cooked the way I like it. The rest went home to eat later or the next day. I would advise since this was the first time I tried their ribs. Be careful. I bit into a piece, and it had a little piece of bone that had a pointy tip that pooked the my upper part of my mouth. Yes, it was sharp. Bled a little but didn't say anything as it stopped bleeding pretty quickly. Waitresses are very busy since I noticed like 4 birthday dinner in the hour and half we were there.

It's a place I really like to go eat. I never get disappointed by the food. I understand that it's a favorite to many people, and the waiting is long. I wish someone could come up with an idea to help in this issue. I last time I went, we were placed in an area where it was too hot. We weren't getting any air from the vents. They had just one fan for the whole area. I hope they have already fixed the problem.

This early Friday outing went quite well. Our wait for a table was short, and our waiter was attentive and prompt. The food was good, and not expensive.
