Coool place to get your to go pizza no hurrying you up or loud machine howling in your ears. Very lax during the time i placed an order and the guys inside are cool and don't get mad if somebody asks too much about items they sell like pizza and sides, you know. And its quiet as an office at this location.

I am a loyal customer to Papa John's and I just moved into the area of El Monte. I placed my first order at this store online and it said roughly about 30-40 minutes. I waited more than an hour for my pizza and wings. I called and someone told me it was ready and just sitting there and If I want I can pick it up or wait another 20 minutes or so. Worst experience with Papa John's. This store needs more employees or new management. Will never order from this location again. Pizza was barely warm.
