Seriously I went to go buy my kids 4 Bacon cheeseburgers plain and the cook didnt add the bacon we got charged for it and the wrapper has the B for bacon but no bacon they need to careful with the orders. I payed for something just to not get it..... So disappointed I love this Bk and they let me down.

Took my mom and brother to get food but now I regret it. The drive thru cars and two customers that came in after my mom and brother inside the restaurant got their food before my brother. 15 minutes for 3 little sandwiches. I wouldn't have minded the wait if it was busy, but it was 3 little sandwiches...and the fact that several other customers got their food before my brother even though he ordered before, is unacceptable.

We Order pickup ont way back Kathleen said this not we Order look whopper jr a kid's Meal we Order cost 24.63 try to call no one pick up I went see marig show the Receipt said gave us a kid's Meal she said wate she hooked up replace two double whopper cheese & Jalapenos my order no drama bs show Receipt we gave her 5 stars Mr V & Kathleen we appreciate all

These girls (merchant id 456203516996 which is probably not right) at the drive through are definitely over their job, I went through the drive through and the girl at the drive through was giving attitude from the start. Ordered 3 of the 8pc chicken nuggets and got 7? How did she get 7 didn’t even say the number 7, pretty funny though McDonald’s service and employees are better. The car behind me seemed to have had the same issue as well. I’m 100% sure she did it in purpose because I simply asked a couple questions don’t want anyone fired but this location needs new/ better employees that aren’t lazy or rude

Really after 11 hours of work I decided to stop by get some dinner to go home LAX area So I stopped by your establishment young lady was very nice of the counter but welder the food french fries were cold and the chicken nuggets were ok???? I know you're not that busy but come on make the food right make the customers happy:( On TV you guys advertise 2 for:$6.00 But when I walked in she said: 2 for $7.00 There's a conflict on pricing???? I might going to stop and get food at this place will not happen
