China Great Buffet

Came in early on Saturday as I heard it gets busy starting at lunch time. There's a large amount of tables, but they are spread out for distancing. Was immediately greeted at the door, paid in advance, then given your table number to seat yourself. Once you find your table, you're free to head into the buffet areas. There's about 7-8 distinct areas that have everything from fresh/cooked seafood, noodle dishes, meat dishes, sushi, desserts, etc... Everything you typically find at a buffet restaurant. All the food was freshly made and the stations were well maintained. Staff was constantly picking up empty dishes from your table and making sure the food stations were full.

Great experience! Fair weekend price for the buffet. My family enjoyed it! They also have Noddle station with options of Shrimp, Beef, Chicken, or imitation Crab you can order and tip if you'd like. You can combine all meats if you'd like. They have a fair variation of Sushi and Sashimi fie your cravings. You need to prepay...so have everyone there when you arrive. Enjoy!

Waitress refills your water by taking away your cup (plus other peoples) away to the back to refill it at somewhere and brings it back after. How does she know she didn’t get the cups mixed up?? I’ve never seen it done like that’s pretty weird. What also doesn’t make sense is they refill the soda at your table from a pitcher. I’ve never seen that either. One good thing I will say is the guy that works at the front is really nice.

We went on a Friday for dinner during primetime. The dinning room is modern and looks very nice. The snow crab legs were pretty salty and you have to wait for them to be brought out. The fried crab is not seasoned very well. It has a thick batter on it which takes away from the flavor. There is a hibachi and the selection of meat and veggies was good and kept fresh. Overall there were a few really good dishes including Mongolian beef, pepper chicken, orange chicken and fried shrimp. There was a good variety of dessert selections including fresh fruits and a chocolate fountain. Service was pretty good.

Two mayor factors I enjoy from this buffet. The food diversity and tranquil atmosphere. It is mainly a Chinese oriented cuisine but it also has some American based dishes. I really like the fact that they can prepare you a bowl of cooked pasta and other ingredients on the spot, creating a new dish everytime you go there. The only restraint would be on the beverage selection and abundance, since they only allow you to pay one drink per cup, so that would only be the thing they would need to improve. Would recommend it to anyone wants a general idea of American buffets
