Really enjoy our food tonight. Staff were smiley and friendly as soon we entered and even though we had a small dog they made sure that we were accommodated at a nice table spacious enough. Food was also very tasty arrived timely…this was my second time round and will return again…sooo good! Thank you!!

Be sure to book as this place is always full thanks to the beautiful tasting Vietnamese food! Highly reccomend the Pho which is served in a large bowl with your accompaniments & you can taylor how spicy its going to be. The Cà Ri Gà is hands down one of the best curries I've ate in Edinburgh, certainly the best Vietnamese curry, you will not be disappointed! More great favourites are the wok fried noodles, summer rolls, crispy rolls - 5* food everytime for all the family to enjoy! Service is impeccable & friendly, food arrives in good time & is well presented. Will be dining here again and again in the near future...

We're from Singapore and on our last night in Edinburgh, we were craving for hot soup as it was rainy and cold all day. Immediately made a beeline for Pho and upon arrival, were whisked to our table and asked if we had any food allergies before leaving us to order. We got the summer rolls, a de rigeur Viet item for us and my partner had the mix beef combo pho and I had the Pho House. Food arrived shortly and to be honest, everything was delicious esp the summer rolls, except we had an issue with the sliced steak which was extremely tough. We weren't the only table and before we said anything, Danielle came over to ask and immediately got the manager Vido to attend to us. Vido was so empathetic and laser focused on solving the issue, offering to switch out the pho for both of us. No excuses, just a genuine apology and full on top notch service to ensure we were taken care of. We settled for a bowl of brisket instead of a full change and he was on it instantly. Later, Danielle came by to check on us again and I also observed that Vido was on the phone and later had a quick word with the kitchen staff. Seemed like he was ensuring that the issue of the steak was resolved. I really have to highly commend them both. Never experienced such service where we felt really prioritized as customers. No patronizing, no excuses, just authentic and genuine service from the heart. It elevated the meal tremendously! We came looking for soup to warm us up but had our hearts warmed too! Thank you so much! P.s. sorry for the bad pics! But the food was delicious!

The staffs were super lovely and helpful, Danielle did a great job. Unfortunately for me the food was just average.. I ordered bun bo hue but it was not spicy at all, it was too oily for my liking. When I first saw the red colour I thought it was going to be very spicy, but I barely feel the kick. The brisket was very tender though so it’s a plus! They also don’t serve hoisin sauce at the table like at the usual pho restaurant, I wonder why… My friend ordered wok fried rice but I think the rice was very fluffy, it would be better to use dry rice to make fried rice.

My daughter and I visited the restaurant in St James centre Edinburgh today. The service and environment was really nice. The waiter was polite and friendly throughout our time here with us, he was quick and swift when asked for another spoon as I dropped mine, he replaced it very fast. The food was cooked very quickly and tasted amazing. I can't fault the food here at all, simply delicious! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant as the environment and the food are fantastic. You'll discover the workers at this restaurant are really nice, polite and helpful. The food is very tasty, and we'll worth the money.
