Lovely little cafe in the Pentlands, only had a black coffee which was nice, but the cakes looked amazing - if it hadn't been 9.45am I probably would've tried the caramel slice thing which looked incredible.

This is one of two coffee shops in the Pentland Hills. It's run by very friendly locals who make excellent products at a very reasonable price. I've heard several people say that they serve "the best scones" in Edinburgh (I'm GF so I wouldn't know!). I had a really good iced latte. It's close to a network of paved walking paths through small reservoirs, so definitely worth a visit.

I dont expect to find a nice coffee shop in the middle of pentland. It is a little cafe with beautiful decoration. I was tired and the hot chocolate gave me strength to trek again. ❤️❤️❤️

What a fantastic little place. Situated square in the middle of nowhere, but on a major walking route, this is a total delight to find. You're a bit cold, weary legs and still far from the car park? Would a brownie, scone or soup cheer you up? With a great coffee or soft drink? Sure it would. So go for a walk around the beautiful reservoirs and stop here. You won't regret it.

Good coffee, super friendly staff and what might be the best scones in Edinburgh. They are nothing like the no-better-than-Tesco's scones you get in many other places, and come with actual clotted cream.
Spectacular views up there as well, well worth the walk!

If like coffee great place but only has one type of black tea. Open Friday and weekend. Good for break whilst walking. Variety of snacks.
