Short wait, staff lady was very kind and caring, was always making sure she got every detail correct.
I was then passed onto a great staff guy who made great conversation whilst I was waiting on my sub getting toasted.
The whole experience was super friendly and professional, the complete opposite of what I had experienced last year when I was refused service.
Staff were just lovely and made a solid footlong sandwich, the tastiest thing I have consumed in a long time, and it made my day.

Kids wanted too stop for a meal deal I ended up with a footlong it was nice don't get me wrong ,abit slow only 2 members on shift we stood for 15 mins in a que , my thoughts a few extra staff bodies on mornings/ lunchtimes when busy more money could be raised by passing trade

Scott was a true credit to Subway, as he was polite, cheery, helpful and very friendly. Lunch was good too, and would recommend anyone passing through the Gyle to stop off here.
