The fish is superb but the sweet chilli haggis and the cheese n burger is to die for.Crackin friendly staff who always have a smile,hello and cheerio makes this establishment well worth a visit. I've been 4 nights in a row not good for waistline but wat the bell its worth it

The food here is excellent. Freshly cooked to order and delivered within approximately 30 minutes of ordering and is piping hot. Staff are very pleasant over the phone as is the delivery person. I would highly recommend The Gorgie Fish Bar to anyone.

Best traditional fish bar in Edinburgh and I don't say that lightly, I've tried a fair few to get to this opinion. Always made to order and crunchy yet soft on the inside chips. Service is great too, family run which just adds to the reasons to visit. You won't be dissapointed!!

People are so kind. Fish and chips is good taste. I ate 3 times in 5 days. It's a reasonable price. If you visit in Edinburgh, you should try this chippy.

Saturday evening took the time to go find this fish and chip shop after reading the reviews on line about it. Was not disappointed 2 fish supper ‘s and as I had traveled up from Yorkshire we had to try the battered haggis’s. Everything perfect the fish is a lovely size light and fresh cooked to order chip portion good and the haggis’s with chilli 🌶 was to die for as recommended by one of the lovely helpful staff. Highly recommended if you love your fish and chips take the time to find this place.

This place is amazing! My husband and I both ordered the dressed haddock and it was amazing! The chips were great too.
They do have kids options. Our 10 year old had chicken nuggets and chips and loved it.
The portion sizes are perfect and the price is great!
