During my initial visit to Edinburgh, I had the pleasure of dining at this fish and chips shop. The staff members, a gentleman and a lady, were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They efficiently took orders and served the food promptly, ensuring minimal waiting time. The fish and chips, which I often complemented with some scampi, were not only tasty but also reasonably priced given the quality of the food. I enjoyed my meals here in the company of friends, making use of the provided cutlery. Despite its modest size, this establishment offers a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience that I highly recommend checking out.

I can only echo the reviews already done . The food is excellent every time and delivered boiling hot . I am not that close to them either so getting food that hot is impressive . What I loved about Salvatore's was the freshly fried fish and chips at a great price. It was £9.99 for a haddock fish and chips supper. We waited for our supper it was well worth the wait. It's been a long time since I've had a hot freshly fried supper. This was truly appreciated delight with the good service we sat in and dined. Cutlery and sauce were on a clean table. The shop was clean and airy and we had a nice atmosphere and friendly helpful staff.
