Service is a bit slow, but the place is nice and cosy. The food and drinks are like as any other Starbucks, and the place is normally pretty crowded, but loads of take aways, giving you space to sit normally.

Visited Starbucks Fort Kinnaird having not been for a few weeks on Saturday 15th July. Got a lovely welcome from Luca one of the Baristers, who had heated and served our lunch within a matter of minutes (cheese tostie, sous vide & choc chunk cookie). Got very attentive service from SSVS Jamie, who waited patiently while I fumbled my way through my son's favourite white chocolate cream frappuccino with mocha sauce and hazelnut syrup, and then came and checked the drink was made ok after. Nadia made both my son's drink and my decaf white mocha with soya milk to perfection. What lovely, lovely service and just what was needed. Thank you Starbucks team, always such a pleasure to find an excuse to drop in!

Great place nice a light. But the staff are rushed off their feet and tables go uncleaned. They have 1 tiny bin area. If they had a larger area for people to leave their places and cups and a bigger bin to put rubbish they could tidy up after themselves but as it it you end up moving it all to another table that becomes the dumping ground. Great cakes and coffee etc but need a bit of tlc in the seating area

Wonderful service from a girl named Emily on Wednesday. I came in with my dog and he was really needing a drink, she hurried and got my dog a bowl, taking into consideration how desperately he needed it, with water in to which both me and my dog were so thankful for. She helped me take my food and drink to the table, which I then knocked my tea and felt so bad. She came over and reassured me that it was entirely okay and that it happens all the time and gave me a new tea! She finished the encounter off by saying that all she wants is to make customers feel as comfortable and welcome in the establishment as possible. This really had an impact on the rest of my day and I could not be more thankful for it. Thank you so much to that girl!

Absolutely amazing service by Steph and James. Someone stole my takeaway coffee outside another branch in the gyle which I didn't have time to sort as my bus was due but they sorted it all out for me as a goodwill. Best service from any Starbucks I've been too. Compassionate and great service all round.

Decent service, pleasant staff and by far the best looking Starbucks in Edinburgh. Loved their interior. Spacious and modern! Plenty of parking space and outdoor seating. Good selection of pastries and sous-vide dishes.
