Best bakers in Edinburgh IMHO. I've been going here since 1991 (Malones back then) however tragically they've had to close down as haven't been able to recruit a replacement baker... another Brexit tragedy.
Hope the other excellent staff found jobs. :-(

Best traditional pies in Edinburgh. The owner also runs a butchers, so the meats used are both high quality and ethically/locally sourced.
The owner is a great guy, very hard working, generous and very friendly.
I always recommend this place to my friends and family.
Fully deserving of a 5* rating.

The curry pies here are excellent and the cakes too. Plus the staff are really friendly and it's open after the pubs which is great if you want a wee snack on the way home.

The best bakery in town - open till late and perfect for after party hunger :) I just wish they had Cheese & Bacon more often as it's deffo their best!

The meat pies and sweets are the best thing I've eaten in 5 days in Edinburgh. The staff is wonderfully kind and gracious, and it doesn't hurt that everything is well priced. I'd give them extra stars if I could.

This is the best bakery for miles, there stake and gravy pies,and birdies,are second to none and as far as I am concerned, all your Greggs and other better known takeaways, this stands head and shoulders above the rest of the, better known establishments, all over the Area, and it's got that "you can depend on us" every time I use the shop
