My daughter and I were in the Cafe today at M and S in the Gyle. My daughter spilt her hot chocolate all over the floor and table. It was an awful mess. And the staff couldn't have been nicer. Lisa and Michael were on to the case immediately. They moved us to another table. They were so courteous. I can't thank them enough for the way in which they dealt with this - they smiled throughout as they mopped the mess up and kept reassuring us it was not a problem. Thank you very much.

What a lovely people works in this place! Today I completely messed up my order in the cafe and manager very quickly helped me. Michael is the nicest person to be served by. We had a lovely wee chat afterwards. I will for sure come back again with my girlfriends for lunch. The best M&S cafe I have ever been to! Highly recommend if you are looking for cafe with tasty food and helpful people! Very easy access for wheelchair from any entrance!

Got top quality 400 thread sheet and good summer jacket. Staff very kind to my partner who is not well. Had excellent snack in quiet corner

We visited here just because we wanted to try out the Edinburgh trams. It seemed quite a large store. I didn't buy anything .. so that's a plus :)
