We were in Carlisle so popped into Costa for a break. I had a delicious hot chocolate and a gorgeous piece of carrot cake. My partner had his usual coffee, which he enjoyed because it wasn't too strong & not bitter.
The chairs were very comfortable, it wasn't too busy, but a bit chilly to sit outside.
They had a great selection of food on offer, plenty to choose from, & not expensive. I love Costa coffee shops, a great place to stop for a hot drink.

Amazing customer service, polite, smiling and always goes the extra mile! Great coffee service. Great management, fast and efficient!
Clean, always well stocked up and a pleasant place to chill - way less busy than the one inside the Cameron Toll centre. Also bright and spacious.
Behind the bar area seems way too small for this operation - how come there is no space by the coffee machine to put together a larger order, seems visibly lacking planning.
Provide your workers with ergonomically adaptable space, Costa.
