Korean Bbq

During my recent visit to Korean BBQ in Edinburgh, I was thoroughly impressed by the authentic Korean flavors on offer. The pork belly was perfectly grilled, with the Marinated beef being equally succulent. The Soft Tofu stew had a rich, comforting warmth, and the Kimchi Pancake was delightfully crispy. The side dishes were also exceptional in taste. Moreover, the owner and staff at Korean BBQ stood out for their exceptional hospitality. Their friendly and attentive service made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Unlike other Korean restaurants in Edinburgh, Korean BBQ truly brought a slice of Korea to Scotland, offering a genuine taste of Korean cuisine that felt like a culinary journey to Korea itself.

I’ve been here twice and I have loved the flavour of the food. I’ve have tried their BBQ sets and individual dishes- Bimbimbap and Chicken Bulgogi. The Chicken Bulgogi is my favourite, it’s the most delicious and flavourful meal I have ever eaten. They Beef BBQ sets are lip-smacking and love what the marinade does to the meat. A must visit restaurant!

From the outside, it seemed very mediocre, but maybe that's just the vibe they are going for: understated but serves amazing food! This is literally the best Korean BBQ I have ever tasted. The beef were so juicy and I loved the marinade too! The restaurant is family-run and had a very sweet, cosy feel to it. Food plus drinks, was about £20pp, which is the standard price for Korean BBQ but it tasted so good, it was definitely worth it. I would definitely come back the next time I visit Edinburgh!

The experience of cooking the food yourself in your table is brilliant. We really enjoyed the meats, the sides and the noodles. The staff are really nice and helpful. Despite being full, the service was excellent 👍 Overall, a great authentic Korean BBQ restaurant. I'd recommend you visit if you're interested in trying something new.
