Clean and tidy store. Lots of different options yo choose from, like boxes of chocolates or just chocolate bars. They do have some Halloween chocolates. There is a cafe in there too. Nice staff.

Excellent choco! Make sure you get there before 5:30 as their opening times for the cafe are different than advertised.

I just love Hotel Chocolate. Just got a Hazelnut Hot Chocolate and it’s delicious. I don’t know how they make that yummy cream they put on top but it’s amazing.
I also love the selection of chocolate you get here.
The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Ice cream machine was being cleaned so couldn’t order choc shake but the hot chocolate was nice

Their chocolate isn’t single origin and doesn’t spicing where from.
They add emulsifiers to their chocolate, but the best chocolate doesn’t need them - only cacao and sugar.
Hot chocolate was good, but not the best I’ve ever had.
If you’re from the states or live in Japan, order Dandelion chocolate instead. It’ll probably be via mail, but you’ll be happy you did. They’ve set the bar for the best chocolate and Hotel Chocolat fell short.
Not bad, but not the highest end chocolate.

On 13th May, my wife and I visited to this cafe at Hotel Chocolate. It was very comfortable cafe. And the Hot Cocoa was very good. And all staffs were very friendly and very kind. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

So after watching the documentary for Hotel Chocolat, we thought we would try the cafe in one of the shops. We are in Edinburgh so tried the Mint Hot Chocolat and a 50% Milk Chocolat Latte with a cocoa whip. It was sooooo tasty and I think it will have to become a regular thing whenever we visit a Hotel Chocolat Shop 🥰☕🍫
