The Yellow Carrot Restaurant

Oh my goodness. I thought it would be earthly, healthy, plain tasting place. However, I always liked small local restaurants. So... we gave it a try. It was the best service, homey atmosphere, cozy and friendly. Food was a piece of art. The flavors, the presentation, definitely a level of a high end restaurant. We will be back many times to try everything on the menu. Oh! And the bakery... I left more money there than at the restaurant. I absolutely enjoyed every piece of pastry we bought. Definitely must visit restaurant.

Holy. Amazeballs. We accidentally stopped here for dinner on our way home and found our new favorite place to eat! The ambiance of this place is gorgeous, cozy and romantic. The staff went above and beyond (even though it was a busy night) to check in frequently and seemed to genuinely care about your experience. We felt so welcomed. Then the food came out, and we had our jaws on the floor… the presentation was spectacular! It was almost too beautiful to eat. But yeah it was actually as delicious as it looked. We got the vegan burger and potato pancakes. Absolute best meal ever!! Can’t wait to return. 🤤

This is an amazing restaurant! The menu includes multiple gluten-free and vegan choices, making dining with food allergies a great experience. The food is beautifully presented and tastes fantastic. Our servers were top-notch, answered all of our questions, and ensured that we were well taken care of. I feel lucky to experience this type of food in Durango.

What a lovely food experience. We had the brown butter fries, smoked salmon and the chicken Caesar salad. Took a bunch of cookies home that we couldn't stop tasting 😁 the red velvet and the almond blueberry especially hit the taste buds just right. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

Came here on a Thursday night at 7pm and the place was nearly empty. The staff was extremely friendly and gracious (some of the best service we’ve experienced recently), decor and ambiance was nice (we had the place to ourselves) and the food was super tasty. We ordered drinks, the edamame guacamole, the cornflake fried tofu, and the coconut curry greens. Everything was superb, fresh, tasty, and cooked really well. Presentation of food was great too. The food was “fine dining,” so relatively expensive; our bill (pre-tip) came to ~$115 for two people. Overall had a great experience here

Supreme sandwiches! ❤️. Definitely their forte!😋 Their cupcakes too!❤️ And basil limeaid! Nom nom nom! And their butter fries are the greatest on the planet!! True story. 😲 I just read a couple bad reviews ... About masking, pumpkin pie, and a grilled cheese sandwich. Pfft. Petty Haters. 😐 if you want a traditional grilled cheese sandwich, go to Denny's. Their grilled cheese sandwich .. or whatever you wanna call it, is A.Ma.Zing!! These folks do their best, serve tasty and aesthetic food, Sari the owner works her butt off for us customers, and BOOYAH! Go eat there!! 😁 (And check out the menu and prices BEFORE you go there so you don't have to leave a hater review. Duh.)
