I am certainly a food and fine dining critic and I think Durango in general lacks the knowledge of how to properly train wait staff, which is such a huge part of the dining experience. I would say the servers here are better trained than some of the considered "upscale" restaurants here in our area. The food for me lacks flavor but carries a hefty price tag. I visited 4 times before I decided it just wasn't worth it for me.

I am very disappointed with this company. We spent over 700 dollars with this restaurant in a short amount of time this year purchasing what we thought was Vegan food. Vegan is clearly marked on the menu. On our last order we were informed due to COVID shortages they used a batter with egg and had been doing so for many months without informing customers including us. We were offered no resolution, or refund, and we were promised a call from the owner, but that never happened. The staff did not understand Vegan or seem to care.
