Best fish tacos in town!!! Great food! Everything on the menu is good. I also tried the burger and that was very very good. Even though my picture makes it look scary - don’t be fooled, this is just the lighting. The fish is extremely fresh for this region of the earth 🌎 and it tastes very good. These guys know what’s up.

One of the best restaurants we've been at in a long time! I'm glad my wife convinced me to stick around despite the 45 min wait. It was well worth it! A great variety without an overwhelming menu, and a matching wine selection. Great selection of local beers. Portions are perfect, not too small, not enormous. Ask for the separate dessert card. Yes, it's pricy, but the food and the service are worth every penny.

Absolutely amazing! Everything about this restaurant exceeds expectations! One of the best steaks in town in my opinion! Full bar and delicious craft cocktails. Open kitchen Bar seating, is fun and compliments the inside ambience, and Decor. Ashley was our server. She was absolutely amazing! Everything can be great at a restaurant, but if the service is bad! It’s always a bad experience. Not here! Everyone we encountered was fantastic! Thanks Ashley!

We are local and have been to Chimayo on many occasions for dinner and brunch. The food is consistently very good. We decided to try the curbside pickup for lunch on Sunday, and we were were very pleased. The online ordering is very user friendly, and we loved that we could pull right up to the door, and they brought our food to the car. Our food was hot and fresh, packaged correctly, and very good. Highly recommend their curbside service!

Eolus was closed on Saturday, so we decided to try this restaurant instead. Menu looked good, so why not. Ordered the fish tacos and have to say they were a giant disappointment. Tortilla seemed store bought, veggies on the taco had no taste, and the fish was breaded in the shape of a perfect rectangle. It was rubbery and poor tasting. I suspect all of the food was probably prepared in advanced by a company like Cisco. I could be wrong, but the food had a “school cafeteria” taste. For the money, I expected a lot more. This was not a cheap meal. On the positive side, service was decent. That said, I have to add this place to my “do not visit again”.
