TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was 2:20 and we walked over to the store, there was a girl inside and she was cleaning. We were waiting outside for her to acknowledge us. She smirked and walked away and continued cleaning. If your closed (which you weren't supposed to be until 2:30) and you see two people standing there for 10 minutes, the correct thing to do, would have been to open the window and tell us that you're closed. Instead we sat there looking like idiots thinking she was going to help us. As for the food, I have been here a few times, the smoothies are great but the açaí bowls are disgusting.

Horrible!!! I came in and was not greeted at all when i walked in then had to wait to be served not only just that the lady behind the counter asked the gentleman behind me what he wanted before me and i was next in line in front of him. Finally when i got my smoothie it did not taste delicious it was not mixed properly still having chunks of fruits and vegetables. i Had better smoothies before. This place really needs improvement not a professional establishment at all.

First and last time First after walking up to the window and not being acknowledged I looked through the menu. I decided on what I was going to order and waited for my order to be taken. I waited as the man working there did things at the window by the cash register. I continued to wait as he said he was leaving to go across the street to get milk. I still waited as the female worker continued doing what she was doing. Then she came to the window looked directly behind me and acknowledged the gentleman behind me. I looked her in her eyes for her to acknowledge that I was there but still she didn't. She then looked at me as if I was in the way of the gentleman behind me so I moved and she said, "oh he took your order right?" I said "no but go ahead" seeing as to how the man behind me already started to speak and was ready to order. She said once again "are you sure he didn't take your order" like I was lying. I said "no but go ahead" starting to feel like she didn't want to serve me. The gentleman behind me told me to go ahead and the lady took my order. I paid and left . as I was driving to work I started drinking it and it was distasteful. It had a very bad after taste. I will never go again.
