This location has went downhill. They are understaffed & never have everything on the menu board due to not ordering responsibility. They barely have condiments to give you half the time. Employees always looked overworked & are very short with you

This man wasn’t even trying to communicate with me I ask him the price of a small fry and he replies “ I don’t know you would have to buy it “ and he said it in a fairly RUDE way like if you don’t want to be at work let your manger know don’t put pressure on the costumers!!!

Drive thru is considered quick service well no it’s not. I waited 25 minutes for someone to take my order and no cars in front of me. First time here and horrible service.

Went through the drive-through late at night. Took forever even though I was the only person there. Person at window gave me a coke (asked for diet coke) and yelled at me that it was diet when I went to trade it. I work in restaurants and I can say I'd never treat anybody with as much disdain.

They handle cash then go and fix your fries and who knows what else that's cross contamination and their number one thing is re frying your fries & french toast sticks and we all know nothing is good refried it's greasy and hard so stop doing it...i will bring it back every time so do it right the first time.

Every now & then, I’ll come here on my lunch break & there is always an issue. Today their bathrooms are out of order & the soda machines are never stocked with anything.
The lady making the food also wasn’t wearing any gloves.
