great service..... The drive thru is one lane, narrow and sudden turn. a big problem for cars if they don’t see the sudden turn and miss the drive thru. cars are not supposed to enter it from the parking lot, there is do not enter sign. Numerous times the cars breaking the rule are in the way of people trying to come or go. should have a proper drive thru or completely remove that option... Otherwise place is great!

This Dunkin Donut in the Oriole Plaza off Atlantic Avenue is a hot-spot for your neighbors and friends in West Delray Beach Jog to Hagen Ranch neighborhood. It's an older facility with a large parking area surrounding the store and it's always busy. There's often a line in the early morning hours and during times with special deals. We're all here for our coffee and specials. I keep track of my purchases with the phone app and get the points and rewards. When I order the dark roast coffee it's available immediately early in the day and usually not more than a few minute wait for them to brew it in the afternoon or early evening. The counter service moves quickly and on this last visit they were training a new staff member.

20 min in the drive thur is totally unacceptable. Rude staff. Employees say they are understaffed, but I don't by it because it wasn't busy. Incompetent, rude and lazy is more like it. Close the doors and only serve the drive thur if you can't manage to do both at the same time. Absolutely horrendous 😢 If #TimHortons came to town Dunkin would be toast!
