Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place was great sometime back but this time the staff was off the chain with an attitude. I am not a fan of rice so I always request light on the rice, that is when it went sideways half a bowl of rice (really). Can I get two sides of medium salsa only got one thrown in the bag. Super disappointed should have gone to Five Guys across the street.

Why does Chipotle ALWAYS combine the old containers remaining food with the new one? This is resturant safety 101! Spoke to corporate and they say that is not their policy. 100% of the restaurants DO combine the old and new and say corporate does not tell them not to. With the issues Chipotle has had in the past why would they not follow basic food safety guidelines? It’s does not create any waste. You simply use what’s remaining in the tin and then finish the order with the new food. No cross contamination!

If you are looking for SERVICE, drive right by this establishment! I do not like to leave negative reviews, however, this Chipotle is a disgrace to the franchise. Not one person wanted to be working there, and that was painfully obvious. I will NEVER return, there were four people in line when I entered, six employees were sauntering around pathetically, trying to look busy but doing nothing! Several minutes passed and not one customer had been acknowledged or helped. I asked the girl in front of me if anyone had been helped since she arrived? Guess what? “no”, it took me over 20 minutes to get a vegetarian burrito. A thunderstorm had showed up while I was waiting, my windows were partially down, my dog was with me. The mechanics for my car windows have broken, not anyone but my fault. I just wanted to vent. New employees are needed quickly here. The one's working do not appreciate being an American with the great ability to work! I must clarify every other Chipotle I’ve been to has not been like this one, they are all GREAT! This one is in Del Ray Beach FL on Linton. The employees all speak Creole no English! I will never darken their door again! Sincerely, Patricia Kelly

Upscale fast food Mexican. You have a choice of tacos, a bowl, a salad or a burrito. Then a choice of steak, chicken, shredded pork, or tofu. Choice of rice or beans, then toppings or extra; salsas, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, queso or roasted corn. It is on the pricey side but the food is good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. My husband said the chicken was flavorful and tender. I was thrilled to get the plant based chorizo, which was also delicious. Our bowls were yummy. We ate outside and felt totally safe, re social distancing concerns. The only odd thing was that the tables outside had no chairs, so we asked the restaurant next door to let us sit at one of their tables.
