I am not quite sure why everyone loves this place. I shared the burger and chicken sandwich with hubby. It was okay.. Of course the fries were great and usually not part of my regular eating habits. It was an emergency pit stop. Thankful for that.

The manager at the BurgerFi West Delray location couldn't be nicer and truly cares about his guests' satisfaction. After an unfortunate experience with our original order he went above and beyond to ensure we were left with a positive feeling. He personally called to apologize and correct the mistake, offering our next meal free. We came back a week later requesting the same order and are happy to say it was delicious and prepared with the great care. Mistakes happen! The way BurgerFi handled this particular one was much appreciated. We will be back.

Have been going to this location for years. Tonight I ordered a cheeseburger and 5 piece nuggets. The burger tasted like they added no seasoning to the meat. It was noticeably terrible compared to what I am used to from burger fi. The chicken, which is usually fairly moist and well seasoned, was bland and very dry. I am disappointed by my experience and will have to think hard about giving another chance as this food tasted worse than the main chain fast food places that I hate going to.

Great food! Great staff! They made sure my food was amazing despite the inferno they are working in. Can't believe they're working in such hot conditions but despite this they did their best. I'm not too sure on the legality of working in the conditions they're currently working in.

Foods alright, can come really greasy sometimes. They could also easily do more vegan type food items like chicken fingers, chicken sandwich, hotdogs and even your milkshakes. But I get vegan items can be more expensive so it's alright I guess. 😜 Service was service you could tell no one wanted to be there but they've got a job to do and they did it well so I can't complain😁 need to change the atmosphere a little. All burgerfi's are the same and it's starting to get a little stale...floors were clean but bathrooms were a little gross 🤷🏼

This place is great !
The had a huge order last night and had to hold off on taking orders to get everyone's food out and to make sure it was hot and ready. Some customers were entitled so got upset, however, a lot were very understanding so we used the kiosk.
Great job guys!! We will be back

I haven't been here since late 2017 (last time I was even in the area), but the food was pretty tasty then. Everything was 100% accurate to order specification, service was fast, would recommend this BurgerFi Location to anyone.

I've been to many other Burgerfis before, and they were all great but this one, I don't know if they were having an off-day or if it was too busy for them to handle, but I ordered in advance online for pickup 30 minutes before we got there. After we got there 5 minutes after the food said that it would be ready, I asked the employee about pur order and he said that they were making it now, fast forward to 16 minutes later, I had asked 2 times in that time span, watching and listening to multiple other tables have issues and walk back up to the counter and complain.... we finally got our food when I asked for it the fourth time to anouther employee, and low and behold it was just sitting there on the counter for awhile and he didn't even see it....normally I'm a patient person and i don't mind waiting but i ordered in advance and now we were already late to the movie we were going to, so I just grabbed the bag and left in a hurry and there were 2 burgers in yhe bag but no "cry n fry".
Very upset.
Update -
They reached out to me and refunded and said they'd talk to their staff, so that was nice and unexpected. Will give it a try again at a later date!
