Terra Fiamma

Terra Fiamma has been highly recommended by a few people. I went here with my mother who has been there three other times before and enjoyed it. Our experience wasn't the best. The food was good which would have earned 4 stars but the service wasn't acceptable. It felt like they were understaffed (as many places are). Service was slow but we also felt rushed whenever the server was at our table. From ordering to paying the server made us feel like he wanted us to move faster. I guess it needs a second try and maybe it would be a better experience, but not sure I want to try again and not enjoy another meal when there are so many other options within a short walk there.

We really like dining in this place. I love their meatballs with that red sauce 🤤 it's Amazing!! Overall is a good experience, they're pizza is good 😋 the place is nicely decorated and pleasant 💜 however there's waiter that everytime we go waits our table and he seriously is a pain as a waiter, he never asks if we need anything and he always looks cranky 😠 it's honestly very annoying because we have seen that they have great waiters -nice and always looking to please your needs- and we always get the same cranky one, and we have been the 5 times in the last 4 months 😪 we keep coming back because their food 🤷‍♀️

First, I have to say that their pizza and caesar salad were very good. Thus...a 4 star rating. However, on arrival for our 8pm reservation last night we were told the kitchen was so far behind it would be 40 minutes to an hour before we were seated, much less get our food. Clearly, this is unacceptable! If they can't handle the load...don't take reservations. When we finally were seated (after about 40 minutes) we had a terrific waiter who told us that if we ordered anything but salad and pizza we would be waiting another hour!!! He said people seated long before us were still not eating. He was right and our food came promptly and was good.

My friend and I decided to skip watching the superbowl and came for happy hour. So glad we did, because it was not crowded outside at the bar, which it usually is. The bartender was friendly and helpful with questions about the menu. There were so many happy hour menu choices that all sounded delicious. We ordered the fig Flatbread and the calamari with hot peppers, both were very ample portions for a happy hour item and delivered piping hot and both were delicious. I have passed this restaurant, in season, and it was always so busy and packed. It was a pleasure that it was so quiet. Will definitely go back after the season when it won't be so crowded

My husband and I had a very delicious meal at Terra Fiamma, on Atlantic and Lyons road, today. The calamari and tomatoe sauce was cooked perfectly. His lasagna was delicious. My eggplant parm , also delicious. The servings are large, so we took home half our meals. The restaurant's decor inside is beautifully done. We are outside on the patio, also a lovely decor with a canopy above. We were there after 2pm, so no sun. It faces east, and the sun had already passed to the west! Our waiter, Shannon was perfect in every way. He was friendly, courteous and quick with our drink orders and our appetizers followed only a few minutes later. He seemed to know how to time the delivery of our meal. He was attentive and served us in the most pleasant way. Thank you, Shannon!
