Pizza Hut

Just a heads up for delivery customers in apartments! The driver delivered our pizza to the wrong building and blatantly lied about it. When I called the location to ask where they dropped it off, I wasn’t even mad. I just wanted to walk over and grab it from whatever door they had mistaken for mine. Argumentative, the man on the other end of the line rudely accused me of lying right off the bat and mentioned the driver called me upon delivery and snapped a picture of the pizza at my door. He did call me and I missed it, but my ring camera did not pick up anyone at or near my door whatsoever. I asked for a copy of the picture since my door had a very distinctive sign on it that you can’t miss. He said he couldn't give me the picture since it was on the driver's phone. I Can understand that. I just wanted my pizza or a refund 🥲. He then complained about sending out another pizza to my location and insisted that I be outside for the handoff rather than the no contact option I previously requested, which I didn’t even ask him to do. Fine with me because all I wanted was my dinner. I wanted the delivery driver to see where we live and possibly see where he mistakenly set the original order. He also said he “flagged” my account for future deliveries. Whatever that means. I cannot believe how intentionally rude he was. When the second attempt to deliver my pizza arrived the delivery man shows up at the correct door and then lied right to my face. He said he brought my pizza to my door and that my neighbors must’ve taken it. After he left I decided to walk to the adjacent building and see if he left the original pizza there instead. AND HE DID. Needless to say, I was incredibly uncomfortable with eating the second pizza and took the first one that was delivered to the wrong address. Mistakes happen, we all make them. I'm not upset about that. I'm upset that they continued to cover their tracks even after ALL of this. It was so unnecessary and frustrating. Great pizza when it’s not delivered cold. Order from a different location. The verbal abuse from whoever I was on the phone with isn’t worth anyone's time. Do better Pizza Hut. Also if this happens to anyone else just call their customer support line and they will give you a full refund. Just don't call this location. You'll get accused.

Not once but TWICE IN A ROW have I experience pizza with no sauce and I’ve only been twice! This Pizza Hut is out dated and apparently no one in my there can do their job correctly, how do you miss one of the first steps? These incidents were almost a year and a half apart! I’ve learned my lesson this time! Never again!

We were the only ones in the dining room the server/service was the worst we have ever had at this particular location. Server was more interested in cleaning up random tables or sweeping to take our order. After food arrived we had to ask one of the managers for 3 waters as our server only checked on us when the food arrived at the table. While we were needed more water our server was just standing at the registers eating ice from her cup. May have been a slow night in the dining room but I would understand the lack of service if they were busier in the dining room. Needless to say that this will be our last visit to Pizza Hut.
