Subway

We have been coming here for a couple of years. Staff is generally friendly, but the service has slipped. The last two trips, the lettuce has been brown. They brought out a new batch, but it was the same and they didn't seem to think it was a problem. Eat Fresh should mean more than words on a wrapper. The ice tea has been either out or close to it. At 11:15 in the morning, I would expect that to be fresh. What used to be a good choice for lunch is losing its appeal to us. Pretty much the story with a lot of fast food restaurants. In fairness, we came back and the past couple of visits have been much better. Upping my rating based on more recent visits.

Terrible customer service. If you are going to provide a remote service, make sure that you are aware how it works! Also, should be more considerate to teenage kids that are first timers, learning. Everyone has a first time!!! *Revised* get home & the sandwich order was incorrect!!! Rechecked app history, they made correct sandwiches, but placed the veggies & condiments on opposite sandwiches!!! Expensive sandwiches that were wrong😒
