We stopped at this location about 3 weeks ago on our way to Ellisville, MS. We were running a bit late for appointment and only had time to run inside and use the restrooms and order some lunch to go. Service was a bit slow, but our order was correct.
My husband and I both ordered the Famous Star with Cheese combo. The burgers were very good and no complaints there. The fries were also above average and this made a nice "on the go" meal. It definitely beat out a meal that would have come out of McDonalds or Burger King, so that is a big win in my book.
Prices are reasonable and within line of other burger establishments. The restaurant was clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to stop there again when in the area and wanting or needing "fast food."

Our burgers were burnt and dry. Chicken Strips were hard, small and overcooked my 1 year old couldn't even eat them. Very dissatisfied we will never eat here again. Wasted 30$ on inedible food. Not to mention while waiting on our food a worker was just standing there on their phone the whole time. Should've known better than to come by at lunch time to an empty restaurant.

When you're ordering for a family they often are rude about it like I'm ordering too many things whether it's 4 or 5 people just do your job!

The wait was uncalled for there was noone in line or inside and I still had to pull up and wait and then the fries were cold and the burgers were dry and awful. The lady taking my order was very knowledgeable and helpful when taking my order. Usually I love Hardee's but was thoroughly disappointed this trip

Food was wonderful, hot and fresh. Customer service was also pretty good. Reminiscent of the old days when Hardees was a top runner of fast food in the south.

I got a chicken biscuit in the drive thru and the biscuit was average, the chicken was incredibly greasy, and no sauce was given so it was extremely dry.
