I go here all the time use to b one my favorite places to go I get the same thing everytime and it's a 4 star but my last visit was a terrible experience the guy gave me 2 scoops in a cup the cup was half empty and you pay 5 dollars for air and a cup? I said something to the employee that barely put anything in the cup just wondering if something had changed he was rude to me all for me asking why there was barley anything in the cup terrible experience wouldn't recommend don't waste your money here.

I’ve been coming to this Baskin Robbins for 15 years. The employees have always been nice. The store has always been clean. I would rate it 5 stars, but they recently stopped carrying the Blue Raspberry sherbet. The young gentleman that answered my questions said the flavor was very popular but doesn’t think they’ll get it back in. I won’t be back, as there isn’t another ice cream or sherbet that I like half as much as the blue raspberry.

Walked in at 3:40ish on 11/26/21 with my wife. No hello or anything. We walked up to the counter and a young lady put ice-cream up right in front of me and still nothing. That same lady, I looked at her to speak to her but when she walked over and did not even try and make contact with me I just proceeded to just let her be. Her coworker was doing something on the back counter. Then another couple walks in and she then turns around a directly starts helping them. Sad…..

Had a $10 gift card that I needed to use and have been putting it off because the parking lot is a bit hard to get into for us. Despite the very slight difficulty with their location, the ice cream was absolute perfection! We ordered an ice cream to eat there plus three hand-packed pints. The gentleman who packed our ice cream did an amazing job and made sure that they were completely full to the brim! A bit pricier than grocery store ice cream, but well worth the treat!

My ice cream cake was beautiful. I want to thank the girl with the long red hair. It was perfect, and she was so polite. I wish that all kids were as respectful as her.
