At first they forgot our chips. They thought we were lying when we told them that they didn’t include our chips. So they came back and gave us chips. Here’s what they gave us….
They also screwed up other parts of the order.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience here.

I ordered number eight at 11 o’clock which is three Doritos Locos taco supreme and all three of my taco shells were stale. How awesome is that. I’m so glad that they are trying to keep up with the Joneses a.k.a. the other Taco Bell of Bear Creek Pike. Thank you Taco Bell for once again ruining my meal.

Wanted to get their breakfast menu but they don't even serve it until after 8a.m. And it was barely after 7 when I went there since my father is done at work at 6. So they need to switch breakfast hours because they are missing not only the people who just got out of work but also those that are headed in to start their day. You know, the ones that are probably hungry and wanting breakfast before having to work for the day.

As with most fast food businesses as of late, when we got home with our to-go order it was wrong. We only received 7 of the 9 items that we ordered. We went inside to insure that it would be correct, but it was still incorrect.

Okay so here's my deal with this location literally every time we go to this location they tend to mess up our order one way or another. And it's literally as simple as asking no lettuce or tomato and everytime we go to this location either half have just tomatoes and half have just lettuce or they have both lettuce and tomato something as simple as no lettuce and tomato should be simple enough to make. It's simply making a taco with half the work get it together!

The food was delicious as usual, but this was the filthiest restaurant I think I've ever eaten at. Counters not wiped, tables not wiped,, condiment packets filthy.. The servers didn't seem to care whether they served us or not.
Probably won't go back.

We did dine-in. It took 30 minutes to get our food. The manager on shift did refund us, but 30 minutes is ridiculous.
