Cracker Barrel

My mom, daughter, and myself picked up lunch for our Girl’s Day. It was quick, and everything was delicious! My daughter said her pork chops were amazing, and my Mom’s chopped steak was too. My Sample Platter was Plentiful and everything was cooked perfectly. Nothing beats visiting over a wonderful meal!

My husband and I went for breakfast today. Sherry was our waitress and she was excellent. The food was fantastic. I like my eggs scrambled lite and it is rare that I don't have to send them back because they are too done no matter where we are eating. Today they got it right the first time. The whole experience was on point. Thank you to the Columbia Cracker Barrel!!!

I am editing my review because I cannot stop thinking about this terrible experience! When I go in to the Cracker Barrel, I go to remember what the world used to be like. I am often greeted with wonderful staff and great classic southern decor (And good food!) usually that is just what I get. Foolishly I decided to come into the Columbia located Cracker Barrel and that is NOT! What I was met with! I do not enjoy bringing others down or leaving a negative review but i was bewildered. Met with a very rude! Blue haired individual who has quite the attitude! Longest wait I have had to STAND ! Through. Right, stand. After explaining my health conditions, bad hips and my back is not what it used to be after all these years, I still was not accommodated for, simply told that though I am elderly and not in the best health, I will have to stand through the large wait. Whatever, it is fine, I deal with it and then eventually get seated. Food was not as good as other locations, quite over cooked. Continuing to say that I did not enjoy the employee who assisted me. I have always loved Cracker Barrel for being traditional and AMERICAN! I tried not to judge when this person had blue hair but then it completely solidified how I feel about kids who are looking like this these days! Completely foul attitude, rolled eyes at me and everything. Will be sticking to other locations. Goodbye.

Got the fried chicken. Chicken was over cooked and small. Had this at Cracker Barrel before several time and it always came out perfect. Talked to the manager about this. Very rude guy. Said chicken came in this way when delivered. Easy to see chicken was over cooked. He made a couple smart remarks. Cracker Barrel one of my favorite restaurants up until then. Never got a bad meal till I walked into Columbia Tenn Cracker Barrel.

Not impressed. Traveling through and stopped for a decent dinner. Very understaffed. Waited almost 15 minutes at our table before we knew who our server was and placed our order. We actually asked the hostess to get our server. When our food arrived, my plate was clearly dirty from a previous meal. I was disgusted.
