Rita’s is my favorite way to end a long day & my go to hot day treat. Had some hiccups with an order, as they’re transitioning/training the new fall staff but the owners are really responsive to feedback which made all the difference; & at the end of the day, delicious is delicious.

Terrible customer service. Called and asked for flavors they said you can look it up online even though I was already on the phone with them. Who directs someone to website when you just have a simple question.

Can't complain about Italian ice. On my last visit I had the black wild cherry. It was great, very fresh tasting. I liked the pieces of real cherry in it. My kids had cotton candy....they seemed to enjoy it. I'm not a giant fan of the frozen custard (I think they changed the recipe a few years back...), but it's still above average. The owner is always friendly. The staff can be a bit slow, but they're always friendly and helpful.
