Villa Italian Kitchen

After ordering, we waited in line for over 10 minutes. After finally getting our pizza, the content inside looked like slime on a piece of uncooked dough. Grabbing for a slice, the topping along with the cheese slid right off, leaving just the raw dough. The topping on it was super salty....... didn't even taste like pizza. Then there was the uncooked dough, there was slime and extra liquid it, even worse than bread. Ended up throwing away the whole box..... Didn't even get a refund. The cheese didn't even taste like real cheese :(

TERRIBLE please save yourself the time We ordered a whole pizza and the worker said we dont have pizza, only two slices. So, in interest of eating quickly, we bought the two slices. We were handed one piece and the worker handed the slice to one guy who just ran up to the counter as we were paying, saying 'thats me'.The pizza we ordered never even got made so we just got pasta instead. The pasta was undercooked and chewy, gross. The pasta also had small unidentifyable small blue bits in it. DO NOT EAT UNIDENTIFYABLE BLUE BITS. NO.

I worked here for a short time, quit because of owner problems. I swore I'd never eat there after seeing the behind the scenes... But heard they got better so gave them a shot, but no they didn't employees were extremely rude and gave no care about us. Our pizza was soggy and undercooked when I went to ask them to slide it back in for a few moments they told me "if you don't like the pizza go somewhere else." They use to have good food but between poorly made food and rude employees I don't plan on going back.

I dont understand how this place hasn't been shut down by the health department. My son loves spaghetti so I took him while shopping at the mall. After receiving his food I cut into his meatball and no steam came out. I tested it and they were cold, while they were apologetic their solution was to microwave it. Which is weird. And as I was waiting, I watched another worker dicing tomatoes with bare hands, no hair net, then wipe his brow with his hands then resume cutting.

I had the worst experience. When I went to order they were not even paying attention to see that I had been standing there for a bit. Then when I got my spaghetti there was so much oil in it that's all you could taste was that it was absolutely gross!!! So I took back up there to get a refund and they were so rude about it, even the manager was so unprofessional so probably won't be going back!!!😤🤢😡 take my advise if you want Italian go some where different.
