Kfc

I had 3 coupons to use today, a 1 piece meal, 2 pc meal, and pot pie. I'm afraid the three orders plus sides was too complicated for them, and I ended up getting extra chicken and no pot pie. I wasn't too disturbed because the price was the same, and might have even been more if I'd been paying for what I actually received. They did get the sides correct however, and I just ended up with more leftovers then anticipated. This was the drive through so I didn't check the order in time to catch the error. Staff was friendly, prices and quality as expected.

Okay, the staff is great. However, the food had been sitting for A ,While, the music is horrid. There was a corporate reminder for preparation for dinner, also a time announcement, it was strange. Now, idk what happened, other than the sewer backed up. There was bubbly dried muck. The worst was the sewer gas smell in the women's bathroom.

I love the well priced KFC buffet! The new updated interior and exterior really spiced up the place. It's beautiful and inviting. I really hated going inside the old pre-renovated KFC - super depressing. Staff was friendly! Seemed clean. Unfortunately they stopped making fried okra that afternoon and wouldn't make anymore for the buffet. That's definitely my favorite food, so that was a bummer. But overall I highly recommend going inside and eating.

Food was fine. I was there about 30 minutes and both employees spent the majority if that time on their phones. I watched them walk past the buffet several times thinking they would add more food to the buffet...but they ignored the empty containers. I ended up having to ask for biscuits. There was only 5 people in the dining room. They were not busy.

We got there as soon as they opened, went to the restroom and one stall had urine and toilet paper in the toilet, the other stall didnt have toilet paper in the dispenser. The floor in the dining area had crumbs and sticky spots. It seems night shift doesn't do any cleaning and opening shift doesn't check on it. The only good thing was the chicken.
