Hardee's

Bad experience number 3 for this location...very poor customer service. After waiting at the speaker for more than 10 minutes and watching all the cars in front pull up and drive away, I finally pulled forward to the window. Recognizing that speaker sensors sometimes don't pickup a car at the box, I had already tried to backup and pull forward again and even asked if anyone could hear me, but by this point, there is a line of cars behind. Pulling forward, the person at the window looks at me and says "Yes?" I politely explained what happened, to which they shrugged their shoulders at me and replied "It never dinged." I asked if I could still order and they rolled their eyes, sighed heavily and then with a blank stare asked "What can I get you?" I replied "On second thought, nevermind. It seems like you don't want my business." They shrugged at me again and asked "What do you want me to do? It never dinged." I will never do business with this location again and ensure that everyone I know hears how they treat people. Inexcusable!

I feel for the employees due to the limited staff during our visit. Pretty sure there were only 3 workers when we visited around 4:30p. Drive-thru was closed, but we didn't get that information wasn't given until we were at the speaker. Once inside, the person at the register was friendly and inviting. The dining room was not clean as tables were littered with trash from previous diners, the floors were tacky throughout with a few large spills sitting wet, and the trash receptacle was left open with the trash can outside of it sitting in the floor. The wait for the food was not bad considering staffing levels. The food was at or just below the level of what I have experienced at this location in the past.

Outta Frisco, cool, outta Hot Ham, okay, ordered. Get to the window paid. Random, assumed employee walks in, washes hands, Drive thru guy tells me to pull around front. Random assumed employee makes food, no Hardees red shirt, no bag, just chef'in the order. Brings the food to me too. Like never have I ever experienced something so wild. Probably not going back there...

Drivethru customer. 15 + minute waiting time. Let me tell you I have no time nor effort, but I will wait for my correct and HOT food and SAFE to eat. Sad to say the order was not up to standards at least the double cheeseburger with extra extra pickles. So the All Star box was correct fries a little overcooked but doable, not my double cheeseburger it had a white small paper 1:00 pm handwritten on the bottom burger covered with cheese. I called after I removed the paper and snapped picture of it. I called and spoke to the manager and we came to an understanding of replacing my entire meal at a later date. I always I mean always inspect my food and drink before I eat or drink FOOD FOR THOUGHT future customers.
