Mcdonald's

I would have to say this is the worst Mc Donald's in the city of Columbia,MO... When I pulled in there were only 4 cars in front of me. It literally took 38 minutes to get my food and when I did it was disgusting. And seeming how long it took in the drive thru i didn't have enough time left on my lunch break to return it. Chicken was burnt and fries were cold and rock solid.

Went in to use the bathroom on a trip back home to Illinois and my Father and I waited for about 5 minutes inside, after using the bathroom for them to just tell us that inside ordering is closed for the day. They just walked past and through us for the 5 minutes without even a whisper…Then their attitudes were very disturbing, they acted like they didn’t want to be there at all, all of them were like this. We then decided to go through the drive thru despite our earlier efforts. We got everything we we’re supposed to get but they charged us for water and for ice! I’ve never seen a McDonald’s anywhere across the country charge money, for ice and water unless that was the only items ordered. We also got 2 coffees and an apple fritter…. Their bathrooms were clean and sanitized and like I said we got what we ordered. But the welcoming atmosphere of McDonald’s customer service wasn’t existent when I stopped by. I hope you all can improve this in your future to get better business, better reviews, and customers who crave McDonald’s at your location like they do elsewhere.

They need to offer better wages or something so they can get more people working in there! 20+ minute wait in the drive through on a weekend? Bananas! I watched no less than 5cars give up While I waited for my food and they messed up our order. The staff would be less stressed and more capable of managing the workload if there were more of them.

I went through the drive through to arrange some morning meal. I requested a LARGE SWEET TEA w/light ice w/my meal, when I got to the window to get my order I could see they had screwed up and planned to give me a medium tea. I told the woman, "No, I requested a large sweet tea w/little ice, and she glanced at me and emptied the medium beverage into a LG cup and put the top on it. The cup was full of ice; there was perhaps a fourth of the cup filled w/tea once you unloaded all the ice out. So I took a gander at her and said politely, "No, I needed light ice, and assuming all you planned to do is switch cups you should have given me the medium and not charged me for a large.

The worker up front had his hands down his sweatpants. I immediately left because I didn't want to be rude and interrupt him. I left three stars because i have been to this establishment before and had good service. This was however via the drive thru were you only see employees from the waste up. Tread carefully.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Sat at the drive through for 10 minutes after they said they will be with me in a minute. This happened after no one said a word for the first five minutes I sat there saying “hello” into the order speaker. Then after finally opening the window to take my money I had to pull up and wait on my order… didn’t McDonald’s literally invent fast food…? I should wait to post this until I have my order and make sure it’s right and hot.. but I’m going to fall asleep waiting for it.

I visited the restaurant yesterday about 3:45pm and dine in. I ordered a fresh fish sandwich with lettuce tomatoes and onion, a quarter pounder with cheese add lettuce and no salt, a strawberry and cream pie with a water. The person who took my order was pleasant. The complaint I had was my quarter pounder was under cooked so I took it back up and had to wait for it to be made 15 minutes later I went to go check for my replacement and they said it was sent out. I stated I didn't receive it. Therefore I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the order then the employees waited for me to take a bite to see if it was cooked through. However, it took forever I didn't get a apology or nothing. Where has customers service gone to?
