Pizza Hut

I got online at home and ordered 2 large pizzas, breadsticks, cheesesticks, and a big chocolate chip cookie at 9:39pm on a Tuesday night. After sending my order through, I saw that my delivery store closed at 10:00pm. I felt terrible and called them. The young man that answered the phone was very nice. I apologized to him for ordering so late right before they closed. He told me it was perfectly fine and said not to worry about it. He was very professional and sincere. The computer said my order would be delivered in 45 minutes, but the delivery man came within 35 minutes around 10:15pm. He was as friendly as could be and said he had heard that I had called in and apologized. He, too, said it wasn't a big deal when I thanked him for coming out so late. They even threw in an extra marinara sauce for me! These 2 gentlemen displayed amazing customer service and I will be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Used the store locator on the website. Sent me to this Pizza Hut. Called and was told that this location does not deliver to my home. Then the lady on the phone hung up on me. Very Rude. Called the other location, told they would straighten out with this location. Called back to this location and was still treated rudely and still could not find my address. Will be ordering from Dominos next time.

Service was the worst I have ever had in my life. Not just for a pizza hut but for any establishment I have ever eaten at. Tried ordering a pizza from them and had to call 4 different times after they went way over the time they told us. Couldn't get anything right from the phone number we gave them (twice each phone call) to the location to the fact that it was a delivery. Be prepared for disappointment if you order from them.

Stay away. Go to West Worley or Clark Lane if you can. I ordered carry out from here and when I walked in they didn't even greet me...I was there for about 15 minutes before deciding to leave. So I called the Pizza Hut on the west worley and ordered a pizza and had it in about 15 minutes, they also gave me a drink while I waited.
