I recently decided to try Marco's Pizza on Friday 1/28/22 around 1pm. I didn't order on line but I went inside to place my order the customer service was great, the inside had the aroma of the old school pizza places I was raised on in downtown Pittsburgh PA. When my order was ready the pizzas I ordered were so delicious looking.I felt like there commercial I need to put a seat belt on my pizza order until I got home. And let tell you it was the best pizza I have had since I moved here🤩🤗🙌‼️ I am sold, I will NOT be buying pizza no where else!

Years ago, this location use to have the best pizza. Now its a dump. The last 2 years, the managers are horrible, with no common sense. Brett, one of the managers would start a fight with you and get loud. I've had pizza over cooked. Specialty pizza, come out completely wrong. I'm done with Marcos! 😠😠😠

Pizza was great service was terrible. Ordered curbside and waited over 20 minutes after app said order was ready. Called before walking inside no answer yet a can see staff from my car in parking lot. Walked inside stated I placed order waiting over 20 plus minutes using app. Pizza was sitting inside ready the whole time no apology just here is your pizza.

I ordered a 1 topping medium pizza tonight and the guy who took my order tried to over charge me. I brought this to his attention and his response to me was, oh you wanted the special. I love Marcos pizza but this is the second bad experience in 6 days. Marcos needs to do a better job teaching it's employees customer service. If not they may lose alot of customers.

Marcos on hardscrabble is hit or miss. Their prices are to high in my opinion when you have all these places that have better deals. We have been faithful customers for 3 years and their prices keep going up, and the food is so inconsistent - 37 for a pepperoni pizza and 10 overcooked wings is ridiculous. Not to mention the person who is working taking pizzas out of the oven and cutting them has super long hair and is flinging it all over the place in the back - yuck! We used to love coming here- eating is just becoming too expensive all around anyhow, i am not wasting my money on a hit or miss restaraunt.

Horrible experience for my first time!! The taste was there for the pizza but was overcooked. Pepperoni was burnt. And I would never get bone in wings from here!!!! Got 2 tiny legs and the rest were teeny tiny flats. Definitely not worth the $11.99 price tag. Wish I can post a picture. Yess I have pictures!! I won't be ordering from here again!!

This location has to be the worst. Food was delivered cold and horrid. After waiting over an 1 1/2 flr my food. I drove to the location to get a full refund. No apologies for the inconvenience or anything. Missing crust toppings, missing extra cheese on pizza, and need I mention this horrible looking cheesy bread. I’m never going here again. I’ve been ordering for years at least 3 - 4 times a month. I’ve let them slide over the past but I can’t take it anymore.

We are from Philadelphia and the pizza reminded us of what we had been missing since we moved here. We will be back to Marcos Pizza it was enjoyable. Thank you for the good PIZZA.
