They always mess my food up. I've fine here 3x. 😒 The young kids are rude! Only 1 didn't have an attitude at the window. My sprite was brown and my fruit punch was purple. Never again!!!!!

My double cheeseburger was great. Not rated a 5 because of the counter service. Was not given a drink cup at time of the order.Different person handed my order so I asked for and received cup.

The service was pretty good but it took me 35 to get my order in the drive thru. This is just unacceptable and way too long to spend in the drive through. Management needs to do something about this!

3 raw hamburgers on floor in sight of counter. Cussing rap playing on portable radio on counter. Melted ice cream cone on machine. No greeting when entering. Too dirty to eat.

I ordered the deluxe ch-king. I got a chewy chicken strip with too much breading, a small piece of lettuce and a single pickle on a sandwich that was suppose to have heavy pickles. They forgot a cheeseburger, which I drove back around to get and I was parked for.

The young ghetto unprofessional white girl was rude, unpolite, nasty attitude. I ask for the manager she stating my the blank blank she asking for the manager. I told her I can ask for the manager. My onion rings was old & cold. I ask for a receipt. They lied said, the machine was broke. I talked with the General manager name:Jamie & manager name:Brandon. They was very nice. I ask the young ghetto unprofessional white girl her name. She started going off on Me because, I ask for the manager. I WILL SHOP FOR FOOD AGAIN @BURGER KING AGAIN. The service was very very very poor.

Just drove through the drive thru twice at 940pm, and NO ONE EVEN ATTEMPTED TO EVEN TRY TO TAKE MY ORDER! I thought you they were close, but they're open till 12. Some guy was leaning on the front counter on his phone. Absolutely unacceptable! Burger King continues to go down hill!

Right when they were supposed to close, they noticed a line of about 6 cars at the drive thru and took care of all of us before finally closing! Amazing crew who still took the time to make amazing late night dinners for sure!!
