Buyer beware! I ordered 3 items and every single one was messed up. The pizza was literally falling apart. The crust was not even attached on 90% of the pizza. The pasta had probably a third of the sauce necessary to keep the noodles from being dry, burnt, and crunchy to the point of being inedible. And the boneless wings had 3 dabs of sauce tossed in and that was it. This is the most ridiculous pizza hut experience I've ever had. I will not be getting anything else from this establishment.

We are vegeterians. Ordered all veggie toppings. Found a piece of meat in our pizza. Really really disappointed. Had to throw out the whole pizza. Extremely bad experience and unprofessional behavior of Pizza hut. Never visiting any pizza hut in USA again. Spoiled it for life.

We ordered the pizzas at 7:04. Pizza wasn't ready until 8:20. They didn't have pan pizza so we got handtossed instead. Was told that the pizza would be ready in 35 minutes. Several other customers were waiting up to 1 1\2 hours . We had ordered double pepperoni pizzas. There were less pepperoni on it than a single order of pepperoni. The management person was very rude stating you got your pepperoni several times and then was saying goodbye. I hope they can do better. It was a shame!

Stuffed Crust Pizza was not cooked throughly very doughy and the huge chunks of bacon that looked like they hadnt been cut and cooked throughout. I ordered one of my pizzas half cheese and half with toppings and I got a pizza completely covered. Good things was the cheese sticks were delicious and you remembered my sauce I ordered. Another negative was that I wanted your wonderful wings but they have been up charged like $2/wing that is ridiculous.

This is the most unprofessional Pizza Hut experience I have had. My order was delivered with missing items. I called MULTIPLE times to report this and continued to be hung up on. I had to drive to the location for the employees to inform me that they were out of my items. The manager did refund me my money but the disrespect of the worker purposely hanging up was unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Had 3 large pizza's delivered looking like the picture added. Called and was hung up on twice the 3rd time they transferred me to the 1-800 hotline the 4th time they said the manager was busy so I had to drive to the store to get it fixed. Less than good customer service

I placed an order over the phone. The young lady stated she couldn’t locate my address and abruptly disconnected the call. I called back to find out if my order had been placed and she didn’t even complete the order. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was NEVER order from this establishment again. Train your associates correctly on how to submit orders.

Always check your order, because you never know what you're going to get. Not only did I have to wait ten more minutes after the app said my order was ready, but I got an entirely different pizza than what I ordered. This is the second time my order was wrong, so I won't be returning to Pizza Hut.
