Subway

My husband and I went in today at this location, like we do every so often, and experienced rude customer service throughout the entire visit. The two ladies working got even more annoyed with us when we said that we wanted to try ordering online instead of in the line, to see if we could utilize any deals going on. Impatient, the ladies announced they were going outside because we were taking too long for them. We had issues using the app and the website but eventually figured it out and placed the order. When we got our footlongs, neither had been toasted like we had asked and they were practically falling apart. The bread on my sandwich was completely wrong and the chicken was cold. We also got chips and drinks, but were disappointed to see that the majority of the straws has been tampered with and opened, so we didn’t feel safe in grabbing straws for them.

My favorite Subway! They always make my sandwiches as I want. Cannot say that for all Subways. Usually quite clean. Friendly staff. Very accomodating owner. Easy to find. Parking can be tight at lunch time. Clean bathroom too. Open early u til late to accommodate students and neighbors alike . In 5 Points, a great area for shopping and night life.
