Wendy's

Ordered a Baconator meal and a 10 pc meal w/baconator fries. The fries were not fresh, they were soft and chewy. And they had the nerve to crush burnt bacon over the fries. I also had to go back because they forgot the nuggets, and the nuggets that I did receive were dry. The sweet tea that I ordered wasn’t sweet in fact it didn’t even taste unsweetened it tasted like water. The only thing good from it all was the baconator. The fries were bad, the bacon was bad, the nuggets were bad, the “tea” was bag, and the order was wrong. You cannot convince me anyone working there has any standards at all.

Rude staff and they rarely get your order right the first time. The best part is when you take your food back and they remake it and its still wrong so you have to give it back to them again to which they seem very annoyed at *me* for some reason as if I'm the problem here.The fries are almost never fresh either. Don't waste your time or money.

They are excellent in the day time but that night shift crew is awful. They only take one order at a time in drive thru. You have to wait almost ten minutes before they take the next order and I am still waiting right now. Yesterday day i came and said i didn’t want any Mayo on the sandwich three times. Even asked hey you heard me say no mayo, they say yes. I get the sandwich mayo. Besides that they are really nice but need to get it together at night

if i could give -10 stars i would. ive never experienced worst customer service in my entire life. the man working the window was ridiculously rude, charged me for the wrong meal, gave me the wrong food, and then got incredibly hostile when i said that i had a strawberry lemonade instead of a sprite. when he took my card, he snatched it out of my hand, and when handing me the other items he was very forceful. when he noticed he charged me for the wrong food and gave me the wrong food, he did absolutely nothing about it. i told him thank you and he just rolled his eyes at me. everyone else there is always so kind, especially the girl with the blonde hair and the girl with the blue/green hair.

The lobby was closed for some unposted reason. Staff blasting rap music inside. No straws provided and I walk back up to the window a second time as our vehicle is too tall to go though the drive-thru. Requested a plain burger in my mobile order, it was not plain; so back up to the window again. Very disappointing, and not my typical experience at Wendy's.

Called MULTIPLE times before we went to make sure they had a certain menu item and no one picked up. Drive through line of 5 took 45 minutes to arrive at the microphone, and once we were there we sat for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there. Were missing multiple menu items. Took extremely long for our food to come out . An hour + total trip. Never going back
