We just moved to Columbia and this place was highly recommend by my husband's coworkers. I just left the drive thru. So far I am disappointed. I ordered 2 chicken basket meals(wing and regular) . I asked if my sides could be fries instead of coleslaw and fries, I was told it could. When I received the food is was nowhere near being hot, it wasn't even warm and I had coleslaw after I asked if it could be replaced with fries. The ladies seemed friendly which is why I gave 3 stars. Maybe I will go again at an earlier time, hopefully it will be different. As the food is now(almost cold) I am not a fan.

Never going here again. Ordered a 2 piece chicken basket which was supposed to come with fries, cole slaw, and a roll. What I got was two waaaay over cooked legs that I wouldn’t even feed to my dogs and nothing else. I’m not gonna waste the gas driving back because at least the gas is worth something, their food isn’t. I gave two stars because the person at the window was at least friendly.

Food and customer service were terrible. Fries were raw mushy and tasted old Burger was completely inedible chicken sandwiches were slimy and also tasted old milkshake was watery and the only thing that was possible to be stomach. Drive-thru was extremely slow and backed up we're very unhelpful and abrupt while trying to order and for that price don't bother going just go to McDonald's better quality

Ok when we arrived at the drive through it was real busy when I finally got to the drive through window because the dining room is always closed after 5:00pm I ordered 3 wings dinner first the cashier stated they did not have no wings then she stated oh we do have wings when I finally got my food it was like warm the wings looked old like they were sitting a while these places of business that serve the public they need to do much better if not close up the French fries were warm also I ordered a cheese burger that was also not hot very disappointed

Placed an order and was severely overcharged came back to the store they told me it would be couple days before I get my funds back. Called cooperate no help there haven't gotten a call back so now I have to dispute the transaction(s) with my bank when I only placed one order. AVOID USING YOUR DEBIT AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO KEEP GETTING CHARGED OVER AND OVER. Rush's WILL NEVER GET A CENT OUT OF ME EVER
